The platform

Five systems. One practice. Nothing you have to integrate yourself.

Growth, operations, AI, financing and orthodontic growth.

Take all five or take one. Each is priced and measured on its own, so you can tell which of them is earning its place.

Practice IQ Growth

Patients in chairs. Not clicks, not leads.

Growth is not one advertisement or one channel. It is a system that attracts, converts, books, confirms, follows up and brings people back, where every handoff between those steps is a place patients currently fall out.

The number we report back to you is how many new people sat in your chair and what it cost to get each one there. Everything above that in the funnel is our problem.

What runs

  • Local market and competitor analysis
  • Search engine marketing
  • Social media advertising
  • Geofencing
  • Competitive conquest campaigns
  • Website and landing page optimisation
  • Call tracking and recording
  • Missed-call recovery
  • Automated lead nurturing
  • Patient reactivation
  • Recall campaigns
  • Treatment plan follow-up
  • Reputation and review management
  • Patient referral programs
  • Employer and affinity partnerships
  • Community outreach
  • Conversion and cost-per-patient reporting
  • Return on investment measurement

What it is for

  • More new patients actually arriving, not more enquiries
  • The calls you miss after five turning into booked appointments
  • Patients who lapsed two years ago back on the schedule
  • A cost per arrived patient you can see every month

Practice IQ Operations

The job nobody wants, done by people whose job it is.

Insurance verification, clean claims, and a named human on your aging report. Boring, universally hated, completely measurable, and the one function a trained shared team genuinely does better than one overloaded person at a front desk.

Because it is the one thing where the person doing it is never also answering the phone, checking in a patient, and rebooking a hygiene column at the same time.

Built on SmartSource, and we own it. Practice IQ Operations runs on the shared-services capability of SmartSource, a group one of our own principals owns. That is common ownership, not an independent endorsement, and we would rather state it plainly than let a logo imply a third party is vouching for us.

What runs

  • Eligibility and benefits verification before the visit
  • Claim submission and scrubbing
  • Denial management and appeals
  • Accounts receivable and aging
  • Payment posting and reconciliation
  • Fee schedule and payer contract review
  • Provider credentialing and re-credentialing
  • Vendor and supply management
  • Group purchasing, opt-in only
  • Compliance and documentation support
  • Staff onboarding and training material
  • Monthly operating reporting

What it is for

  • Money you already earned, actually collected
  • Claims that go out right the first time
  • A front desk whose job is patients again
  • Buying power you can decline with no penalty

03 / 05

Practice IQ AI

The phone gets answered at nine at night.

Most of the tools in dentistry that get called artificial intelligence are made by three or four companies, and you could buy them yourself tomorrow without selling anyone a share of your practice.

So we are not going to tell you we invented any of it. What a partner is actually worth here is picking the right ones, paying for them, and doing the part that goes wrong: making them work against the practice management system you already have, and training the people who have to use them on a Monday morning.

What runs

  • After-hours answering and booking
  • Appointment confirmation and reminders
  • No-show and cancellation recovery
  • Waitlist fill for same-day openings
  • Treatment plan follow-up sequences
  • Recall and hygiene reactivation
  • Review requests after the visit
  • Insurance eligibility automation
  • Practice management system integration
  • Staff training on every tool deployed
  • Reporting on what each automation returned
  • Removal of anything that does not earn its keep

Everything we deploy for you gets named. The product, the company that makes it, and the practice management systems it does not work with. You will always know which tool is doing which job in your practice, and what it costs.

04 / 05

Patient financing

The plan they wanted, at a payment they can make.

Most treatment that never gets scheduled was never really declined. It was accepted and then priced out, in the twenty seconds between the plan and the front desk.

Financing at the point of case presentation changes what that conversation is about. Instead of a total, the patient hears a monthly number and answers a question they can actually answer.

This is a third-party program, not our money. Practice IQ does not lend, does not originate credit, and does not underwrite anyone. We put a financing partner in front of the case and the lender makes its own decision. The lender and its terms are named in writing before a single patient is offered anything.

What it is for

  • Fewer plans that die on price at the desk
  • Larger cases becoming a decision instead of a shock
  • Your team never having to be the one who says no
  • You paid at the time of service, not over eighteen months

05 / 05

Orthodontic growth

Ortho is a different business. It gets a different system.

An orthodontic practice does not have a hygiene column, does not live on recall, and does not convert a new patient the way a general practice does. A funnel built for general dentistry and pointed at ortho will miss on every one of those.

So this pillar is built for ortho on its own terms, and it is the reason the platform covers both without pretending they are the same problem.

What runs

  • Consultation booking and show-rate management
  • Consult-to-start conversion tracking
  • Aligner and bracket case flow
  • Deferred-start follow-up, the largest ortho leak
  • Treatment coordinator scripting and training
  • Contract and payment plan administration
  • General practice referral relationships
  • School, sport and community programs
  • Adult ortho campaigns, distinct from adolescent
  • Retention and post-treatment recall

The honest version

Nobody is good at forty things.

Everything above is real, and some of it matters far more to your practice than the rest of it. If you only ever take three things from us, take these.

  • We are not your HR department.
  • We do not do your accounting or run your payroll.
  • We do not practice dentistry or make a clinical decision.
  • We get patients in, we get treatment scheduled, and we collect what you earned.

We would rather do a short list properly than a long one adequately. If that list ever changes, it changes on this page, with the date.
