1a is the intake path for new patients and the payment rail their plans sit on. 1b is the migration that brings your existing book onto the same rail, so you are not running two systems. They are bought together.
What is included
- New patient intake onto the payment rail
- Payment plan setup with the authorisation the plan requires
- Card capture on the processor's own surface, never on a Practice IQ form
- Migration of active plans from the current processor (that is 1b)
- Receipts written back to the practice ledger
- One install, no engineer on site

The setup fee is paid once by card through a hosted checkout, with a receipt at the moment it clears and an invoice you can hand to your bookkeeper.
The monthly runs from the same card, with a hosted invoice and receipt every month.
Module 2 is billed separately, and you can install either one without the other.
What we never do
- We never hold your patients' card numbers. The processor's own surface takes the card.
- We never take custody of your money. Payments settle to your account, not ours.
- We never charge a patient anything that was not separately authorised by that patient.
