Module 1b
Move your active plans onto the rail.
One thousand dollars, once. It is the setup fee inside Module 1.
Your existing payment plans move across so that the console and the payment rail are working from the same set of contracts, rather than you running two systems against one book.
What the migration covers
- An inventory of your active payment plans before anything moves
- Plans transferred between processors, not re-collected from patients one card at a time
- Each plan reconciled against its balance after the move
- A written record of what moved, what did not, and why
Patients are not asked to re-enter a card as the plan for the migration. Card re-collection at the desk is the fallback for an individual plan that cannot transfer, not the method.
What it costs
$1,000
one time
Paid by card through a hosted checkout, with a receipt at the moment it clears.
The migration is bought once. It is not a subscription and it does not renew.
It is the one-time fee on Module 1, not a separate purchase. Taking Module 1 gets you both halves: 1a is the new patients and the rail, 1b is this.
